Quick and kind, but after using TurboTax for the last 4 years, I was appalled at the increases in rates, and extra charges that are being applied. They dig you in until your to deep to leave, and then charge you outrageous prices. yty, the price in my case nearly tripled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was ok I was originally matched with an expert and went over my info with the prep person. Then the expert never responded and my taxes were delayed in being processed. Once I was rematched, the process was great!!
