Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worst experience ever! I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years. I won't use it again. I wanted to download the program and use it from my computer like I always have. I did not want to be asked and answer questions on line nor did I want to talk to anyone. I never was able to just download the program and ended up ordering the Disk to install on my computer. Had to wait on that. Then when I wanted to complete my partially completed return an update corrupted the files and would not load or complete the update. I had to uninstall Turbo Tax then re-install from the CD and re download the updates. Not everyone wants to go through the "friendly Q&A" method. This is my last time to use TurboTax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful and friendly to use I love using turbo tax, i always have, its very informative and if you are unsure about something, you can click on help and it will explain it better for a ave Joe to understand, and even if you still don't get it, you can always use chat or upgrade for additional help. I just wish it was cheaper to use the basic, more and more of my friends and family are using gov websites alternatives.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT works well TT is not as smooth as it was in the past. As a long-term user of downloaded TT, it would walk me through all the steps, and I would never miss anything. But now I choose next steps... , and, for example, TT neglected to ask at IP PIN. In the past it was smoother. 2nd: many of the fill in boxes are almost invisible, one just had to guess where they were, 3rd, much of the help text in small light blue text is difficult to read. So, yes I recommend Turbo Tax, it is not as friendly as it use to be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working with shared heathcare I have used Turbotax for years and it has been great. This year I spent hours trying to figure out how to file with self-employment income, a marketplace health plan shared with a non-dependant. The program continued to return an error and would not let me complete my taxes. seems like something they should be able to fix.
