Rated 4 out of 5 by from Somewhat Disappointed My 2019 tax return was prepared by Turbo Tax and I was quite satisfied with the live expert who handled it. I am not certain if you keep records of clients at all, but I seemed to be at a loss as I 'pushed on our way' through the exercise this time. I hope I am being mild and not offending anyone by being outspoken. Thanks for your tips for writing a review.

Over the years they have 'dumbed down' the wording so those of us who do not excel in this skill set feel more comfortable, the process gets easier every year, thank you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job, but tricks you into paying more I don't make a ton of money... I am a student and I only had to file a W2 for the little money I made from my university... I didn't even get a deduction from my education fees but just by giving them that information, I had to pay extra for filing. I may take my business elsewhere if my next tax return is simple. I would only recommend using the paid versions if you have a more complex tax situation.
