Contains a few bugs and the questionnaire system is frustrating to navigate when you want to update specific info. A first this year was an unexpected jump in the tax number displayed... I still haven't worked out why it changed at one point... but after double checking everything I think everything is accurate, which makes me wonder what was different before the number changed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Princess is a Queen! My live expert name is Princess, she's beyond amazing. She made it her business to get all of my questions answered. Her patiences and understanding allowed me to not be overwhelmed or frustrated. Princess (Queen) walked me through each step and corrected my mistakes. One thing about my NYS unemployment, I did my part in having 10% taken out so I wouldn't owe back but it states I owe. Princesses stated there might be a glitch in the system as to why it's not calculated properly. I would like to know more about this please.
