I appreciate how quickly they get on the phone with you and that they are real experienced experts so my questions were able to get answered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, But I've used TT for more than a decade but there are still some silly little annoyances. For instance, when a person has entered information that they are retired TT still shows as an error that an employer's information is not listed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is so much easier I love the ease of doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. It does the math for me and it double checks my accuracy. It also gives me information about optimizing my return. The only downside is the pricing. It keeps getting more and more expensive.
