The step-by-step questions, options to start again or ask for help, and the features that ensure you will be protected keep me coming back each year. It is quick, convenient, and has taught me what documents I need to be mindful of from year to year. I don't have to feel as if I'm being cheated or "out of the know" waiting for someone else to file for me.
