Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rejected Well, thus far both Federal and State are getting rejected, despite following instruction, looking up info on previous return on IRS website and printed return. Just resent it, we'll see if it takes this time. This has not happened before. The program is less informative as it has been in the past. I was able to chat with someone who was extremely helpful, glad this feature is available to me. But even after TT reviewing the tax return and I myself double checking, the rejection of both fed and state is a bit disturbing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Getting expensive So I’m upset that it cost 40 extra dollars to have the upgrade fee taken out of my refund, and also that I had to pay so much for the upgrade fee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great experience! I love using Turbo Tax. It does cost $ but I get the answers I need to feel confident about filing my taxes. Each of the "info" buttons are helpful and I truly feel I learn more about taxes each year using the program.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Never asked for the IRS Identity Protection Number This is the 2nd year in a row that TurboTax failed to ask for my IRS Identity Protection Personal Identification Number. I know that my return will be rejected and I'll have to jump through TTax hoops before I'm finally asked for the number...not my IRS password, but the yearly number they specifically send to verify. TTax asked all about my NC driver's license, but that won't get my IRS tax return accepted.
