Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a blessing in disguise Extremely helpful, I actually learned a lot about filing that I was unaware of. I usually send my taxes off by mail, but I thought I was missing all my paperwork; time got away from me. I have to say using this helped me be at ease about my taxes, an it’s very convenient if you have time constraints

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Lockout I've used Turbo Tax for many years and it has guided me through my tax return fairly easily. However, it was a little frustrating this year getting locked out of my return. It took over an hour before I was able to get back in. I followed all the instruction but had to wait 15 minutes 4 different times before I was finally able to get back in. It said to many failed attempts but I never changed anything for that to happen, Fortunately, I figured it out so I give it 3 stars and will continue to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to understand, and Misleading Honestly I liked all the examples and it was easy to follow along. However, it got tricky for me leading up to filling and having that payment. I got tricked into going into Turbo Premium and paid almost $200, and a few clicks later it was too late. I looked into support and they said they don't do refunds or anything which is super disappointing, especially considering I am a college student. I will call support tomorrow and try to get a refund.
