Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super thorough and EASY for anyone to do! I have used turbotax for 5 years now. It is so easy to just upload your documents, input a little data and you're good. They prompt you step by step what to to enter. It is easy to go back, edit, check your entries, though the system also prompts you to review many times, which I love that because it is very helpful! I love that i can pay for my filing using my federal tax return or the other many options they have. I also love that I can have my return deposited into my kredit karma account in a matter of days when filing electronically!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from more and more pricey every year its nice that its so easy to review and file taxes, but the with the cost going up and up, even with me doing them myself, i dont know how much longer itll be worth it. if im going to pay someone to do taxes for me, ill go to an actual place and have physical contact with an actual person. i do them myself to save money, and turbo tax used to do that. Now, not so much.

Jessica was able to help me determine that in my state I leave this blank and It took so much stress off of me. She made me feel at ease and filled time while we waited with pleasant conversation. Bravo Jessica.
