Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many errors First issue is it wouldn't let me E-file due to error code 9-945-263. After looking up the error code online, it said it had to do with my 1098. Everything there matched but then it kept telling me it had the same error when I went to file. Very frustrating to go through the whole process including me paying for the service to find I can't even E-file. After trying several times to fix the issue I looked for any customer service information. No phone number, no email, no IM text chat unless I wanted to upgrade to max for an extra $90. I didn't need help with my taxes, I needed help with your product. After about an hour of trouble shooting it finally took the E-file even though I changed nothing. Second issue was I always pay for your service with my refund and even though it said it would cost me $40 for the basic service, it told me it was going to take out $80 with that option of payment. No reason, just a different number than promised from the beginning. Changed my payment option to credit card and the extra $40 charge disappears. Is it really double the cost for you to take it out of my refund? and why was it a hidden fee? Good job trying to get double the money from your customers on the hardest year financially for a lot of us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Minor Flaws This Year but Still Good! The return process was as easy as it normally is. None of the links to bank/financial agency products worked as advertised. I kept receiving errors stating to try again later. Nonetheless, I manually input the info and everything progressed just fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy process, ridiculous processing fee I've filed with TurboTax for a few years. The process has only gotten easier over time. However, the "processing fee" if you choose to deduct your payment to them from your tax return is ridiculously high. I was already paying $80 for both state and federal tax filings. On top of that, adding a $40 fee for the simple convenience of not having to pull out my debit card is ridiculous and exploitative to those who may not have that much money in their disposable income. I highly recommend this fee be lowered or dropped all together.
