She took control of viewing my computer with me (after asking my permission) and we decided she would call me instead when it was necessary. She was delightful to work with, very professional, and we got it done!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS THEE BEST!!! I absolutely love turbo tax!! I usually go straight through filing with no problem but this year I had an issue. I first spoke with Asia online and she assisted me to a point. Then I spoke with Ashley via phone call and she was absolutely wonderful in helping me fix my problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to fix OR Political contribution I couldn't file my state return electronically until I deleted my $50 OR political contribution. Your software cost me $50 that I was due because I couldn't submit with this line filled out on my state return. FIX IT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic job TurboTax! This is out second year using TurboTax and we couldn't be happier! We were paying another company upwards of $300 to do our taxes and they made it seem so complicated, that we couldn't do them ourselves. We know better now! It was so easy and quick. We had all of our documents ready and 35 minutes later we were done. Thank you!
