I was so thankful for all the work she did for me to help my tax return be the most that it could be. This was my first year filing as a independent and I am so happy I went through TurboTax!!!

Everything was easy, understandable, and the two times I used Customer Services have left me fulfilled. The first time, the representative took time to validate some things for me and made suggestions that could help me for next year's tax season. The second time, the representative answered some questions I had some concern about and made some suggestions from what I told her. I love the experiences so much that I plan to file with TurboTax from now on. Thank you all!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user friendly I filed relatively easily-as long as you have the proper documents you are told where to find all the info. I accidentally entered my kid’s birth year wrong (typo) and it was very easy to edit when my return was rejected be the info didn’t match IRS records. Even problems with returns are pretty easy to get through. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as always Turbotax was able to handle all the adjustments due to COVID. For the first time I had to delete tax forms I started because I thought I needed them. No impact to return. Loved the import feature on investments. Had many transactions.
