I dont like being roped into upgrading but had to and filed both federal and state for $110. I paid right away and saved the $40 charge for them to take out of my return. $40 seems a little steep for me! All in all turbotax walks through everything step by step so I feel confident and 90% understand what I am consenting to. I also have peace of mind for getting everything taken care of so quick and early.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 15 Years & Counting We have been using Turbo Tax online now for 15 years. It is so simple and easy. The only thing I don't like is the extra $40.00 fee to have it deposited into my own account. I am already paying $30.00 and now this year I have to pay to have it deposited into my account. For loyal customers it would be nice to have this service for free. I can easily go and have our taxes done for free but since I have always had great service with Turbo Tax it is hard to go somewhere else. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 star's like I have done in the past!!
