Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, but had Errors this Year Usually I have only good things to say about using TurboTax, and I certainly still want to use this product. However, this year, I kept getting a response telling me I was not entitled to efile one or more formsets, with no explanation on why. After looking around, it seems like many other people encountered this error with various resolutions such as waiting until certain forms were made available by the state or deleting and starting over with their state taxes. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope in the future TurboTax will be more clear with their errors about how to fix the problem.
