Rated 2 out of 5 by from charging is outrageous while I use turbotax every year and will continue to use it, I think its ridiculous that self employed folks (uber, etc) have to pay extra for everything. I also think its ridiculous that state returns aren't free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two thumbs up for turbotax! This is my first year using Turbotax. It was very user friendly and didn't take very long! It was also cheaper than filing with Jackson Hewitt! I did run into an issue while filing but I spoke to a Turbotax expert and he provided me with great customer service and helped me finish filing. Thank you Turbotax! I will definitely be using it again next tax season.
