Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult filing state return I finally got the notification that I could complete and submit my state return. Every time I would get to the section to submit, the screen would just go blank. If I would hit refresh, it would just take me back to the beginning and I would have to do the whole process of my state return over and over again. This process happened REPEATEDLY for several hours until it finally worked. I used the mobile app and several different browsers on multiple computers and continued facing this issue. I kept getting a notification that someone could help me. When I finally reached out for someone to help me I was met with the response "no one is available at this time". Also, why have a mobile app to process returns if the mobile app is just going to kick you out and force you to use the mobile web browser? Isn't the point of the app to eliminate that?
