Rated 4 out of 5 by from All good except for stock trade codes I just got stuck on a near-final step. For my company stocks that I sold, I had RSU and ESPP sales. TurboTax needed for me to assign them codes. I was stumped because my W-2 didn't provide any. But later I was able to get TT to accept my selections of "Other". So it solved itself mysteriously.

It's disappointing when your ready to E-File, have errors that you can't fix and no one to call or chat with for a quick question or assistance and no upgrade available with the CD/Download product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Complicated Tax Preparation Program TurboTax is a very cumbersome program. Too many screens to go through for each step to enter information on the tax return. Would be much easier if information could just be entered on the tax form. Also for my state tax return I had to make changes to the Federal information for NJ purposes. There was no way to do this. I just plugged in a number on the form. Should be a way to enter State K-1's separately. But of course the company will never make the changes. They have a virtual monopoly on this business. No need to improve. Why do they even want reviews ??????

Zachary walked me through everything he needed to file, answered my questions and it was apparent he was very knowledgable. I'll use him again next year!
