Rated 5 out of 5 by from Whew - thanks for reminding me about married name I was taken aback when texted that my FED & State returns were rejected - had not changed my married name on my SS - so Turbo Tax showed me the “easy fix”! Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good unless you have any issues Turbotax is very helpful with filling taxes but falls short in some key areas. The biggest problem is that if you make a mistake, it is almost impossible to go back and correct it since the questions it asks when you "edit" are not the same as the original questions. Some are left out. This means that the only way to fix the problem is to delete forms or start over. This is ridiculous and unnecessary.

However, for most users, they can enter forms via the VIEW - FORMS tab at the top. The questionnaire, although thorough, it is ridiculously long and deters some people from buying it.

I did get stuck in a few places and was able to reach out for help with one of your Chat experts, Carolyn. She was incredibly helpful and professional. I didn't have to wait long for a response. I will continue to use TurboTax.
