But I wish that it was clearer that the specialty prices only applies if you complete the filing within a promotional window. Because I started in the window, but didn't finish and had to pay full price. Aside from that, great experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A little upset Going into my return I was quite excited however coming out of it and seeing the fees you guys charged me was quite upsetting. I was given an amount that was at least one hundred dollars lower on the fees, but when I hit file it took about 160 off! I'm not sure why my return isn't a simple return.
