Rated 4 out of 5 by from Desktop version needs more support or "LIVE SUPP" I love the desktop option where I don't put all my info out online. Historically this has been a great purchase through Costco, but there needs to be a "Contact Live Support" option for the desktop version. I pay good money, I should have easy access to what I pay for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely helpful I could and would not do my taxes without Turbo Tax. I make too many errors as my taxes are complicated. I appreciate the error checks at the end. Turbo makes a laborious process MUCH less painful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the most part Nearly everything was fine, except when you asked me a series of questions to determine whether or not I should claim the standard deduction, I answered one of the questions in error and I was not able to go back and correct it. I itemized all my deductions only to find out later that the standard deduction was my best option--a lot of work for nothing.
