Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is frustratingly me for the last time. I have used Turbo Tax for several years but never again!! I have been trying to have the federal return e-filed and the state by mail but it continuously refuses to do this method. The software becomes more unfriendly every year and I am done with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Managed to do my taxes without my CPA There were a few areas that were still a little unclear as I was going through them, but my only real issue is that I couldn't change the name on my employers 1099. I don't like that you have to go back, back, back, a bunch of times to change info. So the navigation could use work, but overall good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Taxes are Too Complicated! Taxes are no longer understandable by even savvy laymen. TurboTax lets us complete our tax forms by answering questions that are mostly fathomable, but not always. But all the stuff that goes on in the background is indecipherable. So when problems crop up, it can be extremely difficult to find where to go to 'correct' them in the forms. Ridiculous!
