Rated 2 out of 5 by from Opps something went wrong A disappointing year for TT. I have used TT for two decades and I have to say this was my worst experience to date. Too many error and too many manual corrections required for information the program downloaded directly. Pricing has gotten out of control I could pay someone to file for me. Even with my long history I have to consider moving on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Joy needs a raise. Been using Turbo Tax for 5 years, and when I ran into a problem, I called support and Joy was amazing in assisting me. Very polite, professional, honest that she didn't know how to fix the issue, but we worked together and figured it out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble this year Turbotax kept shutting down on me. And the import of Partnerships would create an extra K-1, one with carryforward data and one with the current into. Resorted to manual entering. Not happy. The CPA agent was extremely helpful.
