Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not sure if I'll continue using Turbo Tax was a great product to use the first few years that I was filing my own income taxes. However, this year, we had a few slightly rare situations, and I think it genuinely might have been easier to just fill out my own paperwork, and add in additional forms as needed - sometimes Turbo Tax wouldn't take me to the forms that I needed, and the Live Expert was only somewhat helpful. Since I still had to do some Googling outside of Turbo Tax and got as many answers that way, I'm considering just doing taxes manually myself next year by printing forms off the IRS website.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cost of Using Turbo Tax I have liked using Turbo Tax, but the primary reason is the cost vs using a CPA. However, the cost of using Turbo Tax is getting to the point where I may have to explore other options. Other than that, the service is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I bought it in the box this year! Last year tried the online version as was horribly disappointed! It was more expensive, harder to use, and couldn't import last year's data. This year I went back to the tried-and-true, buying the boxed version, which then let me download the program, so still no need to dig out the CDROM reader. This version was as easy to use as it's always has been, and didn't keep nagging me to by a more advanced version to do something I expected it it to due. I am back to being a happy 25 year user of TT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Last year (2021 taxes) I bought the Deluxe CD version and did me and my wife for $59 dollars. However this year it's a nightmare. The 2022 CD wouldn't download so I've gone ON_LINE. So far, I've just done me, and it has cost me $246.97. I can't wait to see how much you'll force me to pay to do hers. I'll not return next year....
