Rated 2 out of 5 by from Annoying way to submit 1256 form and stuck on loop I usually file my taxes with turbotax cause for the most part has been straightforward. However, this year I had to file form 1256 which was nowhere to be found. Had to read a bunch of pages until I found a link to the form I needed. Also for other info I was filing, it got stuck on some sort of loop and was asking me the same questions over and over and over adding incorrect data to my return. Luckily I was able to figure out where this data was being added and deleted it. Disappointing service.

The links for more info are in language anyone can understand. The error check & red-flag features provide that extra layer of confidence we all need!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from System issues I tried file tax on Sunday afternoon. After all the information input in the system did not allowed to finish keep saying try after 15 minutes. I had to try more than 4 times finally wait until Monday and finished. It was very time consuming and frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very helpful Using turbo tax was fairly simple. It can get confusing the more things you need to add so maybe depending on how complex your filing situation is I'd recommend using the agent. It's definitely cheaper than going to someone.
