I has a HELOC that was partially deductible but the auto calc did not work - it wanted to use the entire amount off of the 1099-Int. The step-by-steps could have been more complete. Also in the Earned Income Credit area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The tax preparation support is outstanding! I needed to file a tax form not supported by my previous, long-term provider. I switched to Turbo Tax and the software, and support provided, were outstanding. I won't be going back!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but could be better This website is so easy to use but unfortunately they trick you to get the add ons. I bought 2 different ones thinking they would help but I honestly don't think it would've made a difference if I didn't. Appreciate the help!
