Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of room for Improvement My first expert made many mistakes, over and over again. I live in NJ and work in NY, and my expectation was to work with someone from these states, who knows all the details of the tax system, but my expert was from Oregon, and because of that he was not able to do the job correctly. In addition the technical system is very primitive: the way you upload files and organize (by date, folders, you have to upload one by one etc.), the chat: why can't we upload files and images in the chat for reference?, knowing when my expert seen my messages etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax experts are very helpful. Although the price was a bit hefty, I believe it was worth it to be able to speak with an actual expert on the subject. Because I needed to file more documents than I thought I did, which if I had not would've been a problem. Thank you Turbotax for the help!
