Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had a problem this time TurboTax just went dead when I tried to update the investments section when it said it needed review. Looks like the number of stock transactions on my 1099's was too large for it to handle. Application had to be terminated and I couldn't review it in the end. Gave no errors so I just assumed there were no issues. Called support but they could not help either as they have no way of debugging the application. TurboTax needs to fix this software bug.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from VERY VERRY HARD TO TALK TO IN LIVE CONVERSAN WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY RESPONDED AS IF THEY HAD NOT READ MY QUESTION. THEY RESPONDED WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RESPONSE. I HAVE HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF THREE TIMES, GETTING VERY, VERY, VERY FRUSTRATED TRYING TO GET ANSWER. WHEN FRUSTRATED I TRIED TO QUESTION THEM, THEY CUT ME OFF!!! NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION. TURBOTAX JUST LOOK AT MY DIALOGUE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON, A CPA FROM CONNECTICUT THAT WAS VERY VERY HELPFULL HELPING ME SOLVE MY PROBLEM UNTIL LATE IN THE EVENING. TODAY I WAS CUT OFF FROM CONVERSATION--NO ANSWERS
