It guides me to make the best decisions for my tax-prepping experience and all my questions are answered immediately with the click of the button which is the best part. I can complete my taxes on my time, in the comfort of my own home and pause when needed. Super easy, breezy and never stresses me out like how I used to do my taxes (which was alot of waiting and stand by my old tax guy)!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality seems to be going down Latest version of TurboTax seems to be error prone. It works for some time, and starts complaining about errors while doing taxes. Does not provide enough information to figure out where the error is. It happened few times and once while I was about transmit the data for efiling. It seems like there was a bug and once I downloaded the update, it went away.
