Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok It was ok...hard to follow, had to try and verify my identity through a link to IRS site and although they sent me a message to MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER, they later said they couldn't validate my identity with that phone number...for real...can't make this stuff up...it's ridiculous

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Products & Services Turbo double charged me on their products. I spoke to several customer service and most don't know how to handle the situation. Most of them had to place me on hold to get more info and they were not even knowledgeable on their products! Luckily a tech person help me get a refund link sent to my email. She wasn't knowledgeable either but at least provided me something helpful.
