Rated 2 out of 5 by from As Usual, Not ready for Prime Time The program crashed a couple of times while trying to import from It's Deductable. Wasted about 2 hours trying to pull my Data out of Its Deductable. For some reason, as I got to waste time finding out, your 'It's Deductable' website does not play well with Mac and also doesn't play well with several security programs. You should smarten up and FIX THIS! And, it's about $150 now to do my Taxes. I will look long and hard next year for something.... ANYTHING else. Last time I'm over a barrel with you peckerwoods.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thank goodness for Q and A. I have used TurboTax for years. This year went smoothly too. Last year, not so much. My husband started the taxes. He sold a property, so our income was atypically high. He didn't think TurboTax was doing the taxes correctly. He died unexpectedly before I had a chance to review what he was talking about. I discovered after searching for help and reading a couple of answers from previous users, was that information that was supposed to go to Form 8582 Line 7 did not transfer. A glitch that happened to other people on their returns. Apparently, I could have jumped through hoops to by-pass the glitch, but I didn't have the energy. Instead, I had his personal rep file the taxes through her CPA. The amount we owed was nearly half of what TurboTax thought it should be.
