It enables me to enter a large amount of income, interest, dividend, and stock sales information from a variety of different sources in a short period of time. It saves your tax information from the previous year, so all you have to do is change the numbers, not the payer information. Some tax forms (E*Trade, Computershare) can be automatically imported by TurboTax. This year I completed my taxes in less than 1.5 hours.

I know that all the data I input will go on the correct forms and I don't have to worry about the calculations. The e-filing option makes it easy to submit, and the confirmations i receive give me great peace of mind that my taxes have been filed and received.

TurboTax is one of those programs that helps the individual wishing to avoid sharing personal information with a local tax preparer and helps those who are short of time complete their taxes in about Forty Minutes without having to wait in line!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Faithful User I have aways used Turbo Tax and have trusted them to be the accurate and faithful to their long time users. This year changed with many ads to upgrade and some program issued I have already commented on to Turbo Tax. As a senior with limited income every nickel becomes important. Turbo Tax has a zero dollar file cost and file option. This was not even an option at any time. No information was given as to what will be required and no example given how to apply. Very disappointed. At the end when a user is asked to file, a small "*" is presented with an overview of the zero option. no acces to apply. Overall, Turbo Tax is a very good platform to submit your taxes for both payment and refund.
