Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sets the bar high for an online user experience I've used TurboTax for a decade or so. I find that the way it walks me through each step makes filing a return amazingly easy. UX (user experience) design isn't easy and clearly TT has invested a lot in getting it right. TT needs to be clear that this tool is free to lower-income filers. Do good!
