Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not too bad, Turbo Tax! I have used Turbo Tax in the past but stopped after a major error was not caught. But with the changes in the tax code (I have less deductions) I decided Turbo Tax was a better and certainly less expensive way to go.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't seem to have improved in many years. I wish there was more detail available for many entries. Definitely need use to use examples as a help in defining topics. Foreign taxes can be a trial. In Arizona, how ACTSO donations are handled is a mystery. I'm done with 2022 and will probably buy TurboTax for 2023 even though I will be tempted as usual to try a different version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and easy directions to follow This years forms were a little harder than last year it seemed like to me. I guess I need to slow down reading the instructions. Sharma and Jordon were WONDERFUL and so easy to talk to. They really were very helpful. (I had to call back after getting some information) That is why I spoke to two different people. Looking forward to next years returns!! (Not really)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not straight up with its FEES! Too many hidden fees and not clear upfront of the fees nor when you have to pay for transaction fees not told to you until you file! Very misleading.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can be improved For the most part, it was simple, there were times where you could've imported information from my previous returns but didn't, specifically the depreciation of vehicle information. So that was annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If refund is 0$ than total cost should be 0$ Its not right to pay for TurboTax when my refund is 0$, I don't like donating once a year to TurboTax when I don't owe or receive anything.
