Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good Every year there is a glitch in the system we can't get past. Entering information and the system won't take correct information. Tried all Turbo Tax suggestions,nothing works. Terrible. Fix it. I'm not paying extra because of your mistakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes doing taxes almost painless! I waited until almost the last minute to do our taxes this year and was a little anxious. We used Turbo tax last year and couldn't believe how easy it was to use. Turbo tax definitely makes tax time less stressful and much easier than doing taxes yourself. Even waiting until almost the last minute, Turbo tax had our federal and state taxes done in a little over an hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to follow for novices We've been doing our taxes with TurboTax for the last few years, and without fail, the process is easy to follow and we always get a great refund. With my wife's multiple freelance jobs, taxes seem daunting, but TurboTax has helped walk us through every step of the way. Will be using this service any time we need to file. (Tip for freelancers: keep your receipts!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time DIY Tax filing made easy! I've never filed my taxes myself, I always had a CPA friend help me. That friend wasn't available this year, so I did it myself. TurboTax made it easy and there were always helpful resources available if i needed more guidance. I will be using them again next year!
