I have noticed that the business model like purchasing a used car, i.e., accessories and required services are "extra". The charges are presented at a time in the process when it is not possible to withdraw from the arrangement. I now recognize, after the fact, that the service is no longer competitive with a tax preparer and other alternatives. I will most likely not continue using this product.
