Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy I've been using Turbo Tax for 8 years. It's user friendly and easy to understand as it steps you through the various sections by asking you questions. The ability to load import your tax documents is also very helpful. Less paperwork to manage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is is my personal on demand tax preparer I've used TurboTax for years, and have recommended it to friends and family (and persuaded many of them to use it). Tax law gets more disorganized and complex every year. Counterintuitively, the TurboTax online interface and service gets better looking AND easier to use every year!!! It's the TurboTax paradox, and I love it!

This year, the 1st time thru, TurboTax wouldn't let me efile, due to "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets." I looked all over for a solution. After several nights of trying and resigning myself to having to mail my taxes, I looked one more time into the help option. I finally found a hint to delete my state taxes and do them again. I was wondering why TurboTax hadn't charged me for my tax return. After I did that, I was good to go. Not very happy that it took almost a week to file my taxes.
