Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Didn't Offer Plan Options It was easy enough, more cumbersome than previous years but I expect that has to do with government requirements than TT. In past years I was offered different priced options, didn't happen this year, very disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot log in and support is no help Even though I get emails to put in the code you send, I am still locked out of my account. I have now tried more than 10 times. After calling support I was told to do it again. It is an endless broken system that does not let customers log in or get support.
