Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is failing For the second year in a row I have had to verify CC info online in order to e-file state return. Last year I had to have my CC company remove a double charge. Extremely annoying. Also, many unforced errors in the walkthrough process year-to-year, and too little ability for TT to auto-fill fields from year to year. After more than ten years using this product, this is unacceptable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Cost me 250$ just to do my taxes with all the benefits and couldn't get answers to questions I wanted answered without having to pay an extra 120$. I am definitely not doing my taxes here anymore. Was great a couple of years ago but if horrible now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a STRUGGLE As a freelancer this platform is extremely hard to navigate. It says it took me 9 hours to finish my taxes but in reality it took much longer than that... Paid for the premium service and still didn't receive any help on my taxes this year. I feel like there was a lot more I could do but I didn't want to spend any longer then I did on this. The website kept freezing on me so many times when I was inputing my deductions I lost my filing every time the website would time out multiple times. I just wish there was a easier way to do taxes and more guidance when you are not a W2 employee.
