Rated 1 out of 5 by from program sucks turbo tax used to be user friendly, allow you to use a disk an not have to have all your information stored online by them. you could pick which files you wanted to send electronically and they didn't charge you some BOGUS fee to process your own money. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well but Ease of Access can Always Improve I wish it would notify you which account you last filed with. I have two accounts but couldn't remember which one I used for the past 5+ years so when I finished my taxes over a month ago, I had a major hangup because I had to figure out how to find my AGI from 2021 which was a very tedious process that I have never had to do because Turbo Tax has always done it for me without my input. Other than that, it works well enough to do taxes yourself although harder to do itemized deductions.
