Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product - needs a few tweaks This product has provided me with the most consistent and accurate way of saving money. However, there are some things I would change, for example, I live in the state of Florida, there is no income tax within the state and yet it always asks me if I would like to complete a state return. I think it would be easy to develop skip logic to help eliminate that portion of the return process. It can cause confusion each year. Additionally, at times it is very difficult to find certain areas for me to enter information, it took me nearly 45 minutes to find where to go back and look for major purchases within the sales tax area.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed customer I was lead to click on upgrade buttons as I completed some steps, I went from paying 59 to 200+ for my filing fee. This lead me to think about the amount the business acquired if this is happening to more people. Very Upset!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective But Slightly Cheesy I've used TurboTax with decent success for years. While it is quick and effective, the interface has consistently gotten more annoying. I just want to to do my taxes. I don't need a graphic experience thatasks me how I'm feeling.
