Rated 5 out of 5 by from live help was a life saver we got extra forms added in and couldnt find what was causing the issue. the live help found the excess forms and helped us delete them. wouldnt of made the deadline without it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating By far the worst experience I have had with Turbo Tax. The product would not un-select boxes. I was unable to enter in data. Not helpful and the "Live Chat" feature was a robot pre-programmed with specific responses which did not answer the questions asked.
