Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate the way it promotes Max benifits so much It promotes it so much that I accidentally accepted it and didn't want it. Then it took a long time to figure out how to turn it off. I feel like it's too expensive to file even without the Max benifits option too. This took me almost 4 hours to complete and I still have to pay 119 dollars. Thats ridiculous but I have no other option because we waited to the last minute. Next year I'm finding a different way to do this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Experience....Never again I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade. NEVER AGAIN. Went to talk to a pro. Got an Indian man who could not speak English clearly. When we couldn't get the live screen to work he just hung up on me. He had my number...didn't call back..so irritated! I want my money back Turbo Tax.

When our Tax preparer dropped the ball on us, I looked into TurboTax to file an extension, but once I started working with it and found that it was so comprehensive and easy, I just kept going and got the same return I would have without paying a lot of extra money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a trap for upgraded Packages I have used Turbo Tax for many years with this one being the worst. They always have options to buy upgraded pakages, but this year I was stuck unabe to file without upgarding to double the cost of a package. The reason stated that my return required a Form that I did not need as it was false. Being as though I could not get actual support to help eliminate this need and it is the last day to file I was forced to actually purchase the upgrade to the Deluxe version for absolutely no reason. I will be changing to a different software next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is difficult to use I don't like using TurboTax and with the costs going up every year - I will definitely just hire someone to do my taxes next year. This was so difficult to navigate and they make it so hard to get your documents from previous years. I shouldn't have to pay to access last year's tax documents and they should just autofill - this was such a major waste of time.
