Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect Loved everything. Only thing that could be better is the handling of the deductible part of the license plate renewal fees. As a business owner there are about three places to put that on the forms and I never know if I picked the right one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is AWESOME!!! My experience with TurboTax today was a very lengthy and tiring process. However, in regards to filing taxes, is was the absolute most pleasant experience that I have had in/over the course of the past 7 years. Thank You TurboTax for being so thorough, understandable, and lucrative. Your system has been an enormous help with this task.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEVER USING AGAIN I loved turbotax until they made me HAVE to pay in order to file my taxes. Over half of my tax refund went to pay off turbotax for letting me file!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Website designed was not clear I've been a TurboTax customer for many years, and the changes made to the website did not make it obvious that my filing had not been sent even though I had gone through 99.9% of all the files and pages. I think the UI did not clearly indicate that the filing was pending, and no messages or emails were sent to my email or text to indicate that this year taxes had not been filed yet. I only found out the taxes were still not filed when I logged in to my account to figure out why IRS had not taken my payment after almost three weeks since I thought my taxed were filed.
