I don't like how much work I have to do and have to pay so much to file. it should be a lot more affordable than going to an accountant -- especially since I've been a long standing customer

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forces you into a Product & you cant switch Turbo tax pigeon holes you into using a more expensive product. Even after you decide you dont need the product anymore, it doesnt allow you select a cheaper product. Purposefully trying to gouge its consumer for money
