Rated 3 out of 5 by from Customer service leaves alot to be desired. Turbo tax messed up my credit card payment and then I was kept on hold for 2 hours. Then I was told to call back at 7 am. What a joke when your taxes are done and Turbo tax lets you down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from $180 for my taxes? I'll go another route next year The software works without a problem online but there were some confusing parts that never used to be. The cost of $180 to file my simple state and federal returns with my taxable income only being $15,000 is absurd. I will likely choose a different service next year. I just didn't have the time to monkey around this year and I just had to get it done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from USING TURBOTAX SINCE 1990 I have been using the service it was on 3.5" hard discs. I liked it much better when you had the program on your computer and could save all the forms with the tax files. There also was a goto button to go to any form or supporting schedule. You didn't have to scroll through hundreds of pages to see what you wanted. it was just so much more user friendly instead of a screen character saying we've got this.
