Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would be awesome without upsales I love TurboTax. My brother was a CPA and told me to start using it over 30 years ago. I hired a tax specialist once after that and guess what - she used TurboTax. I did not enjoy my experience today. At least 1/2 of my prep time was spent saying no to ads.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Booo you lobby the government to ensure business What am I paying for? This interface is rough. Customer service on the phone was not helpful. The IRS knows what I owe, they should just send a bill. I clicked through a bunch of things just to see that turbotax made a mistake that should have been easy but took me 2 hours to figure out. On the phone, the rep said sorry can't help you at all.
