Rated 1 out of 5 by from AZ Form 321 table error Blocked from filing AZ return due to T-Tax table error on Form 321. Error received was QCO Code did not start with a 2. QCO code table missing the QFOC table which starts with 1. Could not override. Called help line. No fix available. Will lose the $400 credit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax sucks! Christina worked with me for a long time trying to help me solve a problem with Turbotax but neither of us could resolve it. I requested elevation and her Supervisor Michelle finally solve the problem after some time. They were both very helpful and nice. The problem was with your software and the idiot who wrote the program. It was exacerbated by the IRS's incompetence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax to the rescue Glad I got the deluxe. I couldn't find the boxes to check for the agreements at the end. I asked for a call and got excellent help. My computer was not showing boxes to check, so she helped me get there and complete everything. Couldn't have finished without her.
