Rated 2 out of 5 by from Screwed up my filing I used a different computer to do the taxes this year. I still used my same ID, password, email. But for some reason TT decided to forget me- including the fact that I have had to use a PIN to file for the PAST 5 years. So they did not ask for it before it filed- and of course my return was rejected. And now I am filing LATE. Thanks!. $100 for that software screw up.
