Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing App for property rental Schedule E I enjoyed working with the desktop version as I understand the required tax forms BUT a weakness is that desktop does not allow switch back to online for review and work around for e-filing. And only certain consultants can view & assist with the forms. Once my taxes were ready for filing, I experienced a bug in Schedule E worksheets which prevented e-filing, even with diagnostics the bug could not be resolved. The consultants were mostly very committed to assisting, but unable to fix it as it is a technical system bug. The only option was to redo all 8 schedule E's or file manually via mail - very disappointing and in excess of 14 hrs wasted trying to resolve this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst filing ever!!!!!! I was wondering where my refund was! Turns out when I went to go check my taxes had not been filed! You knew I was working on them what was the 227.00 charge for? Oh, and you sprung that on me at the last minute! Wont be using you again! This is a stupid questionnaire!
