Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okay I had an overall good experience with TurboTax, but there were some aspects of my life that seemed difficult to reconcile within TurboTax. My husband and I live and work primarily in different states, own a house in one of those states, but wanted to file married filing jointly. I also finished medical school in a third state where I did not make any income, which further complicated the situation. I understand it's a complicated living and working situation and in the end we were able to file with TurboTax, but there were some difficulties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great I've been using TurboTax since 2016 and have never encountered any issues (knock on wood). Over the years I've watched the company grow. They've become more intuitive, developed solid partnerships with other useful financial tools, and learned to really round out the experience. I don't know anyone who doesn't use TurboTax, to be honest. It'd be interesting to check out statistics on people who self file vs people that hire out. Anyway, TurboTax is great.

(Covered California) Jerry stuck with me through 1 hour and 40 minutes! Thank you, Jerry! Also, the tech lady that showed us the solution was helpful as well. Thank you!
